Given my lifestyle, getting a good cow photo should have taken me about four frames. However. I have taken over 100 cow frames, and, while some of them were good, they just didn't feel all that cow-y to me, and they weren't what I had in mind.
But finally I have a cowShot that I'm happy with. We've been under some intense winter conditions for the past couple weeks (see egg shot in my most recent post) but today was relatively warm (24 above zero!) and the light snow on the tall grasses made for a nice cow blind, and let me get the sort of hazy effect I was after.

I kind of liked this one too, despite (or maybe because of) the out-of-focus cow.

And what is a blog post without Wilbur?

I hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for light, clouds, critters, family, people who don't give up on me, wuv, and a whole lot of other stuff. :)
