Ok, people. A post. Now you can stop emailing me to ask if I'm still alive. :)

(That is a lie. Please keep the emails coming. I lovelovelove hearing from people who look at my blog, even if most of you share DNA with me.)

Some late-summer flowers that I shot with my new Vintage Glass:

Recent and upcoming shoots:

Wedding last weekend
One-year-old human tomorrow
Headshots this coming weekend
Family session in two weeks
Wine-tasting/grape harvest on the Western Slope in three weeks

All these photos with your "50" are beautiful but I'm especially drawn to the flower shots. Excellent cropping and your eye is fantastic. Is the Vintage Glass a filter like the "antique" filter? I love love love your photos.

sista' moonshine, the glass in question is just that--the lens I was using. :) I opened these in Lightroom to crop, adjust white balance, adjust curves, and desaturate a little. Hope that helps. :)
