Happy Birthday, Maya Kate!
Tipping the scales at 8 pounds, 2 ounces, Maya Kate was born at 7:27 Okie time this morning. Her mom and I go way back to our first birthdays, and even though I've only met little Maya via text message (!), I already love her to pieces!

Maya's not my "real" niece... but her momma and I are more like sisters than anything else! We've known each other since we were born three weeks apart.
The snow is melting now... I think the new background is because I wish it would stick around a little longer! Now it's on to the rainy season....
Oooo rain! That means no more outdoor pictures though, doesn't it!? BOO!
Unless you get rain jackets for your pups and wrap your camera in a Ziploc bag! :)
