I'm so happy!

No seriously, I am!
As you know, my blog is newish, and I am new to taking pictures with a camera that was built after 1999, and I'm CERTAINLY new to people commenting on my works-in-progress. I just have to say, and I am being sincere here, that every time someone leaves a nice comment or emails me a nice note, and SERIOUSLY this is no joke, I get a little happy tear in my eye! I know! It's so silly! But that's how I feel, and ALSO I have to say that I'm very very lucky to have friends who are MUCH betterly awesome than me who are helping me! I mean, for. real. When I publish my first book (in the waaaaaaay future,) you all know that you will be in the acknowledgement page(s).
Ya'll rawk.

Ditto to what Diane said. I look at your blog almost everyday. It's great. One can never take enough animal pictures!
Ditto to all of the above! I look everyday and get excited to see how you portray your pups each day. You give me great ideas. :)
Hey! I gotta hurry and comment on here before you get your book published. LOL
Seriously, I check your blog out all the time, too! And it's great!! I love all your pics. Keep up the good work!
Sophie's mom. :)
You are all the best. Like, really a lot! I am lucky. : )
Great photos! (I think my Molly dog has her eye on Wilbur.)
We love you hay!
LOVE this shot!
And I just added you to my blog list... you have major talent!! : )
Oh, you guys just want you names published on my acknowledgement page! Just kidding- that is a LONG ways away! Like, DECADES!
But just so you know, I am being completely sincere. It means a lot to me that people stop by here once in a while (or regularly) to encourage me, even if it's just to peek in.
My favorite quote is on a card my dad gave me: "What would you attempt to do if you knew you could not fail?" That really hit home for me, especially since he sent it with my Rebel. Dads rawk.
Another favorite card that I have framed is from my uncle Steve. It says: "Wherever life takes you, may passion lead the way." I feel like I'm just now listening to myself, and that is an awesome feeling!
I know I have a LONG way to go before I can be consistently proud of my work, but I AM proud of how hard I'm trying in the meantime.
Sorry for the mushiness.......
Char.. You have nature on your face..
LIZ! LOL! I'm so glad you made it over here! I tell Char that she has nature on her face all the time... and it makes me miss you. :( Please come up here now. Thankyouverymuch.
Those amber eyes- ooh to die for! :-) This is a beautiful shot. I love the contrast.
