It was a beautiful fall morning, so we headed down to the railroad tracks for some fun. And that is not something I say every day. We saw crazy plants:

Guess what Char wanted to do? She wants to play fetch SO BADLY that even her shadow is begging me to throw the ball.

Wow! I love the photo of the pine cones. It's too bad there wasn't just a little more light on the pinecones.
Colyn never notices snakes on our hikes. One time he accidentally stepped on a snake's tail and then just stood there completely oblivious to the poor snake thrashing wildly to escape. Good thing we don't have any poisonous snakes around.
